In recognition of her contributions, Claire was awarded the General Practice Pharmacist Award for Excellence in Practice in 2022 for her project “Keep Calm and Breathe: A MDT Approach to Asthma Management in Primary Care.” The initiative demonstrated the value of a multidisciplinary team approach to asthma care and highlighted her leadership in driving innovative, patient-centered solutions.
